FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

All orders are processed and packaged in our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process. For domestic orders within the United States, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order depending on your location and shipping method. For international orders, please allow anywhere from 1-2 weeks to receive your order, depending on your country. 

 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We ship all domestic and international shipments via Fedex. All orders are fully trackable within the United States. Orders shipped internationally via USPS may not be trackable once they leave the U.S. We do not offer free returns on International orders at this time, hopefully in the future!

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF PURCHASED ON SALE OR DURING A SALE?

Merchandise purchased during a sitewide sale or on sale, are eligible for exchange or store credit only, but may not be returned for a refund. 


CAN I COMBINE TWO OR MORE DISCOUNT CODES AT CHECKOUT?

We love a good bargain, but discount codes are unfortunately not combinable! Only one code at a time may be used when shopping online.

 

WHAT SIZE AM I?

We know online shopping can be tricky for fit and sizing. if you have a question about a particular style, send your measurements to mail@neococo.com and we’ll help you find the right size!

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments, as well as PayPal. We do not accept pre-paid debit gift cards, personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
