HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- Please email mail@neococo.com to get authorization for your return.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of NEOCOCO.
- Please provide us with a tracking number when sending back an item.
- Once your return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method.
- International shipping via USPS First Class Package International, which generally arrives in 7 to 21 business days. Duties, VAT and other import taxes associated with international shipping are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Once the order is processed (please allow 1-2 business days), you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
- Please note for international customers, you are responsible for the cost of shipping returns which can be done by a carrier of your choice.
- We accept international returns and exchanges postmarked within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn and unwashed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. To initiate a return or exchange, email mail@neococo.com and include your order number and reason for return. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
